Directions

The address of the museum is 66 Erie Street, however, the street has been converted into parks and green space. The museum is next door to the 37 Franklin St. office building.

The museum is easy to reach from the Downtown Buffalo exits of Interstate 190 or the Skyway as follows:

I-190 Oak Street Exit:
   • Turn left on Swan Street at the Burt Flickinger Athletic Center of Erie County Community College.
   • Continue west on Swan past Coca Cola Field.
   • After crossing the Metro Rail tracks, turn left onto Pearl St.
   • Follow Pearl and just before the I-190 overpass turn right onto Upper Terrace which becomes Franklin.

I-190 Church Street Exit:
   • Turn right on Lower Terrace at the Adam's Mark Hotel.
   • Follow Lower Terrace past the WNED - Channel 17 Studios.
   • Turn left on Seneca St., cross under the Skyway, then an immediate left onto Franklin.

Skyway Seneca/Pearl St. Exit:
   • Turn right onto Pearl St.
   • Make the next right turn onto Upper Terrace which becomes Franklin St.
 
Skyway terminus at Church Street:
   • Turn left onto Church.
   • Turn left onto Lower Terrace immediately past the Skyway southbound entrance at the Adams Mark Hotel.
    • Follow Lower Terrace past the WNED - Channel 17 Studios.
   • Turn left on Seneca St., cross under the Skyway, then an immediate left onto Franklin.
